The “gastro-pub” has become a common experience in England and we here at the Carrybridge Hotel had an idea it might just work for us. While we never could have predicted just how well it would be received or how well the locals would pitch in, it has been grasped with willing acceptance. Which proves our point & makes it all the more “gastro pub” like for it being run in a more relaxed and friendly manner.
